Every mod we have turned both cheeks and we all got slapped in the face. Do not tell us we do not give chances over and over: we do! But somewhere the insults to members, mods AND pxleyes have to stop.
Like Spaceranger said we have a long list with insults and complaints, a member who had 163(!) insults posted in a row, on his/her profile, members who got insult over insult being called the F word and the C word over and over...

Kyricom and others: I really do respect you all and what you are trying to accomplish but you do not know the whole story and you look at it from the wrong perspective. There is a point on which you can say "this wasn't said in a rage anymore, it's plain attacking".
We are not running a government who's sending someone to jail for life, this is a plain and simple website where people come to compete with photo's, photoshop skills and so on (it's a site like millions of others, not a life depending need) which should be fun for all members, all we basically ask is respect for other members (in rules and behavior), and if we (as mods) have to kick someone off every now and then because he-she can not behave according to normal behavior, even though he-she has been warned over and over, he-she can just go and find another place to hang out.

We did turn 2 cheeks (and more) what more do you want?

163 separate people????!!! I'm sorry, that's impossible. I remember calling one person a C word and I'll admit I remember putting eff-off to Ade once a long time ago but honestly, I'm starting to believe I was hacked.

Tell me, did anyone get emails from GAYART, because I know for a fact, I NEVER said anything to anyone, except for the friends that I had.

Well, I guess I can only assume that someone like Adam figured out my password and set me up, because I'm sorry, I don't care how much pot I've smoked. I would have remembered this. He was trying to make my life Hell for two weeks after I was banned the last time in April.

Look I don't know what else to say than someone hacked my account to do this. But I guess if that's going to be the final desicion (I'm still hoping that Frank would just email me personally) then I guess I'll just have to live with it and hope someday I can come back.

I dunno if you posted 163 comments on someone's profile way back when, but I saw the comments you made on one member's profile, and there were a hell of a lot of them. Don't deny it. I can't buy the argument that someone hacked you, either. Seems like grasping at straws. Josh, I don't hate you, and I don't know anyone here who does, but you F'd up too many times.

Yes, Bob, it's was Ade's profile and that was one of the dumbest things I've ever done. I also wanted to mention that we're current friends on FB and put that all behind us. Sure, he doesn't even come to PXL anymore but all that has been squashed, water under the bridge.

And I will also admit that I might have said some things I don't remember saying. I don't think I wished rape upon anyone, but at the same time, maybe I am insane. I don't think I am but one can't exactly diagnose himself as insane, now can he?

It seems that Frank is probably too busy to reply to me (no emails of yay or nay yet) and there's nothing I can do about it. Bob, I've looked BTW for other site's like PXLeyes and nothing comes close to the tightly knit, art obsessed crowd we have on here. I live deviant art but the contests pale in comparrision. I still tell newly aspiring photographers about PXL all the time, people I meet while out shooting, classmates, etc., because IMHO this is still the best site for anyone who wants to improve their photo, PS, 3D and traditional art skills, especially PS and photography. I learned most of my camera tricks and PS techniques and what not from PXL. I think it stuck so well because PXL is fun and if you like what you can do with what you learned, you're going to remember it. I'm sure you and most of the PXL-ites of PXLville will agree.

In the mean time, I hope know no one is going to object to me submitting some new stock photos and contest ideas, because believe me, I have a lot of them. So I'll just submit them under this (ijustwant2comeback) and hope Frank might some day let me have my place back in the PXL community. For now, I'm just going to try not to step on any toes. I'm not entering any contest with (ijustwant2comeback) because I really would like my old profile back. All I'm going to do is suggest contest ideas, submit new stock and just keep apologizing in the forum. What else can I do?

Once again, anyone late reading this, I am sorry if I offended you and if there's anything I can do to make it up to you, just let me know and I'll do my best. I have anger issues and I know I can be a dick but some of you must admit, I can be pretty cool too. I'm trying to work on being more professional.

... Life just recently took a turn for the worse for me so, honestly, getting back on here is not so important anymore.

You know, I will admit, I probably said some things that I don't remember saying and I wish I did because I feel pretty about about it. I know now that my chances are slim to no chance at all, about as much chance as getting a full time Job in Stockton, CA. (trust me it's NO CHANCE) but I really wish I could somehow show my sincerity or even prove that I'm not the same person. I will say that I will forever regret my permanent banning and regret my behavior and horrible bullying, if that's what I did because maybe I am a little mentally off myself. So I will admit, I might said some things that I really regret but don't remember saying. I understand if it unforgivable at this point and I will live with that answer, but I also want people to know I am truly sorry because I really love this site!!!



So if it is, well it's kind of like I died and went to Hell. The artists on PXL, the site, the contests the whole set-up, there's no equal. So, if I cannot be forgiven, please let me suggest contest ideas and submit stock, because I'll still do anything to support this site, even if I'm not allowed to play. It's the least I can do for all those I've offended and probably hurt very bad with my hurtful tone and words of choice.

I wish everyone well and a Happy Turkey Day. (it's some weird holiday American's celebrate but Native american's hate) I'm just thankful I had a place here once and my placements in photoshop, photography and drawing placements are still there.

I framed it myself and display it in my apartment as one of my most proud achievements. I want people to see it when they come in and I can tell them about PXLeyes and if not for PXl, it would have never sparked such creativity.

Looks to me like you are able to come and go as you please now. You may not be able to do it as Jaws or whatever aliases you have used in the past but obviously MrMonty is allowing you to do it with yet another screenname right here in this forum. I would sugest that you just accept the fact that whatever status you had before is gone and will not be granted back, go on about your pxl business and quit all of the grandstanding. I believe in the old saying "a tiger can't change it's stripes" though, getting the boot twice sure seems to back that theory up.
