you will find this option in Render>render options if you look to the right of this pop up menu you will see the aspect ratio options and also pixelXpixel preset sizes. If you want to manually change your image size, immediately under the Aspect ratio box is a drop down menu which will have something like Standard PC 4:3 in it. click on this drop down menu and go all the way to the bottom it will say Free, user defined. click on that, and you will be able to manually change your pixel X pixel image size..

WARNING! Increasing your image size will dramatically increase your render times. So save increasing the size until your ready for the final render.
