This time THE EYE is themed, we took the word ‘WATER’ and took this as wide as possible. Several interviews with great photographers like Seth Casteel, Mark Gray and a German team called Art & Water; David Benz and Melanie Schuler.
You might have seen Set Casteels underwater dog photos on the net or in some magazine, we had a talk with him about those photos and his just released book ‘Underwater Dogs’.
David and Melanie travel the world to photograph underwater life and tell us about their adventures, and show us some photos they made. They also do underwater modeling, a photo-overview of this you can find in this magazine also.
Mark Gray is a well known land- and waterscape photographer, Marta had a talk with him about his work and inspiration.
A year ago we send the PXL ON TOUR shirt on a worldwide journey to visit as many PXLEYES members as possible… The year is over and the shirt return save where it started, read up on this and see what members wrote in the diary which traveled with the shirt.
Also in this magazine is announced who did win the shirt!
Greg, AKA Wallywalters, tells some things about himself in his homestory.
Karol took ‘One Photo a Day’ and shows us how her month of September looks like.
This time our gorgeous cover was made by Scorpy!
Many thanks for everyone who helped on this edition!
Specially to: Akassa, Lelaina, Friiskiwi, Scorpy, and all the others who worked on it.

Really impressed by this edition... 200+ pages... wow
Much better layout than the previous editions as well... Theming the magazine is a good idea, hope you can keep doing that! Thank you everyone for your contributions... please keep writing articles and interviews so we can continue publishing this magazine! And perhaps even have a printed version in the future! I especially loved reading the notes from Pxl on Tour! Thank you everyone and especially Rob and Elke for creating such a professional and totally free magazine! Can't wait for the valentine edition! ![]() |
