Posted: Thu Sep 27, 2012 5:15 pm I have good news and I have sad news...
The good news is that the shirt arrived again, the sad news is is that the year is over and the shirt arrived where it started, it made a long and interesting journey around the world meeting a lot of new, nice and lovely people who showed it almost all corners of the world, visiting 5 continents. It crashed 2 birthdays parties, had Christmas dinner and celebrated New Year in Australia, climbed over 8000ft and rested at the beach in Florida, it got burned (and miraculously healed). It bonded PXL members, crossing borders, cultures and religions... Along with the shirt we sent a diary and asked all participants to write something in it, we'll show you the content of this diary in the next edition of THE EYE (release date November 1, 2012). We also asked everyone to send a small personal gift to the next participant, a souvenir from this journey. If you want you can post a photo of those souvenirs in this thread now! What a great community we are! Thanks to all who participated in this and those who followed it's journey but also to all those ppl working in post offices all around the world for delivering this shirt to all participants in time (even though you had us sweating some times  )!I know that I am disappointing some people now, there where more on the list to receive the shirt but we did say it was a 1 year journey when we started. BUT we will start something similar like this again soon and all of you who are still on the list will be the first to be able to participate!

Posted: Fri Sep 28, 2012 5:16 am - for not getting it - for it surviving a one whole year.. OMG! It is like just day or two before yesterday that I designed the graphic for the PXL on Tour.. It is almost an year now and the memories are still fresh thanks to the tour idea.Now the big question - Who is the lucky one going to get the T-shirt to keep with him/her for the rest of their life? |
