This is real cool work, I wouldn't admit to not being able to get the lines smooth, I love the rougher finish and broken lines. There is just something about this one I love, high marks from me!

I truly love this. Sadness is a raw emotion and I think you captured that raw feeling in the way you drew this. Nicely done!

This is really very nice work. Try easing up on the pressure in some of the very dark areas, and use a q-tip to blend the graphite. Great lips and pout on the little girl.

I like the large black portion of the composition that is surrounding the face I think it gives the piece a feeling of lonlieness. However, you do have some serious proportion issues going on here check out this site http://www.anticz.com/heads.htm if you don't think it would help skip to the last page and look at this guys sketch books. The previous lesson is a prereq so you should give at a look as well. Keep drawing!
