Even though the forms are simple you've captured the subtle organic quality of the plum. Attention to the subtle shading is very good! My only critique is that it seems to be balancing on the small end rather than resting on the surface, unless that was the look you wanted. That doesn't change my appreciation for your entry.

txs for your great comment -- and yes, I wanted to "capture" the moment just before a dropping plum hits the ground. Not a static/stable situation, but some tension.
