You prompt me to learn Painter, it's excellent in creating the realistic media. I thought you submitted a traditional work at the first sight lol. Absolutely awesome drawing!
Maybe you can add a bit more shadow of the vase on the ground, they look not really connected.

I love that you have so many textures in this piece...from the flowers and greenery...to the look of the wall behind and the roundness you captured with the vase. This looks like a beautiful painting.

Thanks for comments. Ancient: This drawing is digital, as I used the programs mentioned to do it. I made the shapes with the pen tool, and filled with colors using a "Gradient Mesh" in Illustrator. Transferred the image to Photoshop to do the rest.

Sorry jascoe, I didn't understand. Why new? Isn't it a digital drawing contest? If so, I think it's okay to use pen tool do draw and I understood that using transparency is allowed...

well, the MOD's will probably delet this because it is constructed... Its just hard to do somethings to make them happy. Alot of the people who do digital contest know what not to do.
