I actually modeled the whole guitar, and I was going to render a few different angles, but ran out of time. I used my brother's guitar as a reference. (2 years and 108 days ago)
Some good modelling. The light on the white parts though do seem a little too bright. Reply »
Modeling is great. What did you use for lighting? Reply »
This is a fantastic model! Great work! Reply »

I'm in awe of the work here, the complexity, especially steps 3 and 5, is amazing! Just a little nitpick, I'd add more depth of color on the large white area with the knobs, but other than that, it's fantastic. Yes, you should do the triptych idea, you've done work that does not show in this image. Print it out large and frame it for your brother. Reply »
Nice work, a result where you can be proud of. Good luck! Reply »

Thanks for the comments guys.
Great idea Pearlie, I'll definitely try and finish off the other render angles and see how it goes.
congrats... Reply »
can you find the four leaf clover? (3 years and 72 days ago)
The modeling is really great, according to the SBS!
The texturing on the white leafs on the other hand isn't equally impressive. It looks too white and sterile. If you add some more maps (your own) it will probably be great. Reply »
Thanks for your comment dka120.
I will try to fix up the petals if you could please expand on what and how I should be fixing them.
I still don't know that much about materials and textures. Reply »
Sorry, I wish I could help, but I don't know how to use Blender. It's not done over night, but look for tutorials and play around with the settings. It can be useful for future projects as well. Reply »
I like it Reply »

I have now managed to add pink tips to the larger petals on the clover flower. Hope you like the update. Reply »
