It isn’t easy, taking a close up of a newly hatched bird. Some baby birds come out of their egg and are independent, like chicks, but others stay in the nest and have to be fed by both parents till they get stronger, grow feathers and fly out. The parents fly in and out of the nest constantly, feeding the young birds out of their crop. Most young birds aren’t as pretty or colorful as their parents.
