I’m an illustrator from Hong Kong. I’ve been working in this field for more than twenty years. My clients include publishers, advertising agencies, multimedia firms etc.
Q: Your artwork is very colorful and vivid. What techniques do you use in creating it?
I mainly use Photoshop, coupled with basic drawing techniques in my creative work.
Q: When and how did you discover this great talent of yours?
I found myself keenly interested in art since my very early years of life. I used to do drawings on papers much more often than writing in words.

Q: Do you believe in natural talent or practice and study?
I believe both are necessary. While natural talent gives one a good start point it takes much practice and study to take it to a higher level.
Just like for any gem – it takes fine polishing and skills to make it shine brightly.
Q: Which is, according to you, the most important “rule” in art?
There is freedom in art itself. I don’t want to set any rule on it and I just want my pieces to bring positive energy and joy to others.
Q: Please share some piece of advice for the digital artists just starting out in this field.
Technology keeps changing and new media keeps appearing. As such there should be more and more opportunities and room for development for digital artists going forward.
