it’s not always clear what the mistake is in the picture. would have been best if there were explanations attached or something
( 1 year and 315 days ago )OMG LOL I actually laughed out loud looking at these
( 1 year and 314 days ago )agree with mili
( 1 year and 314 days ago )Maybe some pics were difficult to notice what kind of mistake had in it; but in some of them, the mistakes were so gross, noticeable even without any explanation!
( 1 year and 314 days ago )these were the best pics ever lmao
( 1 year and 311 days ago )Oh… I thought Anne Coulter’s hand actually looked like that… she is a Visitor after all…
( 1 year and 311 days ago )There are plenty of women through various operations no longer have a belly button,
( 1 year and 311 days ago )Some of these were pretty funny and obviously hastily done but some of them definitely weren’t photoshop mistakes…
( 1 year and 311 days ago )How do we know the mistakes weren’t photoshopped in just for this article?
( 1 year and 311 days ago )Some people have WAAAYYYYY to much time on their hands.
( 1 year and 311 days ago )Why are hands so difficult in photoshop? I’m not an expert or even good at it so I wonder why.
( 1 year and 311 days ago )nice collection Giulia,
I love the idiot standing next to the hummer.
( 1 year and 311 days ago )I don’t think the one of Ann Coulter is a mistake. I think she really does have hands like that. To snatch babies. And eat them.
( 1 year and 311 days ago )I don’t think I wanna take a trip on Turkish Airlines if they are too chincy to spring for front wheels.
( 1 year and 311 days ago )haha, yeah some of those are pretty bad!
( 1 year and 311 days ago )OMG, I cant believe that professional can do such silly mistakes too
( 1 year and 311 days ago )It is amazing that after more han a year, morons are still showing that Curves cereal box as a mistake. Your complete ignorance and stupidity is not a photoshop mistake. The woman is wearing a flesh colored undershirt. That box was part of a series where several differnet women wore a similar outfit of various colors. And it was obvious from all of htem that it was a shirt.
( 1 year and 311 days ago )very nice. i enjoyed looking at it.
( 1 year and 311 days ago )HaHa, massive Fail. careless mistakes,
( 1 year and 311 days ago )People seem to have massive problems with being able to edit hands!
All good but you can’t slim legs and make a shadow of the wider legs automatically appear.
( 1 year and 311 days ago )Oh and, DISGUSTING D&G models. Ewwwwwww.
( 1 year and 311 days ago )Maybe I’m just bad at spotting ‘shops, but some of them didn’t seem so obvious to me. An explanation would have been nice
( 1 year and 311 days ago )Great finds
I just wonder there are some very small mistakes hardly anyone will recognize
( 1 year and 311 days ago )The one that has the redheaded girl with the banner across her forehead reading “Sei klug…” may be intentional: in German, it’s saying “Be smart: study in Halle.” The ad really is emphasizing brains, not beauty.
( 1 year and 311 days ago )A few of these are not mistakes; they’re special effects done on purpose.
For instance, look at the one with the guy who doesn’t appear in the mirror. It’s titled “The Saint and the Sinner.” He’s supposed to be a vampire! That’s why he has no reflection!
( 1 year and 311 days ago )Some are NOT mistakes. For example, the Curves cereal is supposed to look that way. The woman on the box is wearing another shirt under her sweater.
See example:
( 1 year and 311 days ago )http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3250/2387296499_f2b47524d4.jpg
I don’t think the 9th one is an error; you just can’t see the far side of the cupboard door on “this” side of the mirror, but it is reflected in “that” side.
( 1 year and 311 days ago )If you a not a photoshop user, these “mistakes” will not register or be obvious. Photoshop users will get it without much explanation because they understand the process.
Make the same analogy for music and you will get similar results. Non-musicians will not discriminate against poorly crafted music. That could explain why there is so much bad music on the radio.
This also explains why mistakes in publications can go unnoticed without some prompting by an expert.
( 1 year and 311 days ago )I bet half of these are bullshit
( 1 year and 311 days ago )this list is whack
( 1 year and 311 days ago )I can’t believe that the Microsoft fuck up, didn’t make it here…
( 1 year and 311 days ago )Shocking to see most of them are not just mistakes they are big blunders. I can’t believe they could clear the proofing?
( 1 year and 311 days ago )Liked it..Nice observation!
( 1 year and 311 days ago )great,thanks giulia:)
( 1 year and 311 days ago )a few of these are funny, most of them are stupid. what’s wrong with the first girl’s knee? is it because they didn’t PS the shit out of it? because i don’t see a problem with that.
( 1 year and 311 days ago )While the asian woman is in an awkward position i tried and it is definitely possible to stand like that.
The venus razor woman has big long legs. big deal. she’s probably 6 feet tall. I’m 5’2 and I can rest my head on my knee.
I’m pretty sure they PS’d out the victoria’s secret model’s ass crack on purpose, if they hadn’t people would complain about it being obscene and you’d probably post that as a mistake.
As far as the curve’s cereal model, I didn’t realize african american woman weren’t allowed to wear beige/yellow tank tops. That clearly isn’t someone else’s stomach.
There’s a few others that i’m iffy about whether or not they are actually mistakes but I don’t have as much time on my hands as you do.
Some are really good, but there were some that I couldn’t tell what the mistake was. Explanations would be good.
( 1 year and 310 days ago )I love this!! Well done!!
( 1 year and 310 days ago )I agree with MILI! Funny, as it is!
( 1 year and 310 days ago )I love the put down ” well some have too much time on their hands” or some such shit. Quit trying to boost your fucking self esteem by putting down others.
( 1 year and 309 days ago )If you don’t like it MOVE ON!
Nice Post really funny pic
( 1 year and 309 days ago )Hey “leftofted”, take your own advice!
( 1 year and 308 days ago )Just need extra strong QC to avoid these…
( 1 year and 308 days ago )Not all are mistakes. The one from Gillette Venus is clearly intentionally.
( 1 year and 308 days ago )Some of these were hilarious, but for a lot of them I couldn’t
tell what the problem was. You definitely need to add captions
with explanations to make this article work.
Also, your comment form doesn’t have word wrap, which is why I
( 1 year and 307 days ago )am having to add manual carriage-return line-breaks at the
end of my lines, which will probably look weird after the
comment is published.
This is awesome, tot I was bad….
( 1 year and 307 days ago )A description for every mistake wud be better
They were all funny.! Thanks for the laugh : )
( 1 year and 304 days ago )It is just nice to know, nobody is perfect and we sometimes make mistakes. Have a great day everybody
( 1 year and 304 days ago )The last one is so stupid. What aircraft has only 2 pair of wheels in the backside!?
( 1 year and 299 days ago )“Anonymous says:
I don’t think the 9th one is an error; you just can’t see the far side of the cupboard door on “this” side of the mirror, but it is reflected in “that” side.”
um the dude is not there.
( 1 year and 298 days ago )The add with the BMW wheels still moving is not a mistake. It’s part of an intentional ad campaign.
( 1 year and 296 days ago )This is a good collection. The only one I have seen was the Ralph Lauren one and I remember all the angry fatties.
( 1 year and 291 days ago )Seriously, people are stupid. A lot of these are intentional, which only shows that some have no sense of humor at all. Some of them are mistakes, but not really disasters. There are a few funny ones, but not that many. Most are just failures to completely remove extra hands from photos where people were cropped out. That probably had more to do with time constraints than simply forgetting or not being able to do the changes. Hardly “disasters.” Then there are the ones like the woman with the sheer wraparound skirt that aren’t even errors at all: the problem is all in the sick mind of the person looking at the photo. Photo compositing takes time. Often more time than editorial deadlines allow. Considering that (and I’ve been doing this sort of thing professionally for fifteen years) it’s obvious that the photo editors were trying to minimize the obvious flaws in the photo. Most did a great job. Others clearly did not.
( 1 year and 281 days ago )I never knew that there were TWO suns…
( 1 year and 271 days ago )did i notice a tranny!
( 1 year and 264 days ago )Maybe I’m just bad at spotting ‘shops, but some of them didn’t seem so obvious to me. An explanation would have been nice.
( 1 year and 247 days ago )silly…why editor didnt notice bout that??
( 1 year and 232 days ago )wow how DUMB are some people saying that you need to explane the faults better. try turnning you bloody monitor ON…Geee’s
( 1 year and 223 days ago )It was so easy to notice the mistakes. Only a person using PhotoShop will understand these mistakes and these mistakes are so obvious.
( 1 year and 175 days ago )i don’t think these are actual published mistakes as much as it is someone intentionally photoshopping the errors in. some of these errors are so obvious that there is no way a reputable company could overlook it.
( 1 year and 54 days ago )My fav is the plane without front wheel… LOL!!!
( 1 year and 33 days ago )This one with the two sunsets looks like a mirror since a lot of things are repeated
( 364 days ago )Pretty sure Victoria’s secret edits buttcrack out on purpose…
( 364 days ago )very funny very nice site very good show
( 364 days ago )thankyou so much
hahahaaha
( 362 days ago )Sometimes advertisers make these mistakes intentionally so that people will remember the ads more.
( 358 days ago )I hope these people were fired..
( 331 days ago )nice collection of the malleability of reality.
( 287 days ago )thanx for sharing it!
awesome, i liked the woman thats showing her beep the best
( 257 days ago )GREAT!
)))))))
( 60 days ago )I’m Pretty sure Jennifer Love Hewitt’s Album “Barenaked” has been photoshoped.. Her head seem unnatural to me. Like she has a perfect 90 degree angle on her right shoulder.
