This rather menacing creature has been annoying residents and tourists alike for decades. It can sometimes be seen on Tuesday morning at the Post Office cashing its welfare check, or more commonly on the seafront, where it eats dead crabs and collects used prophylactics to throw at unsuspecting old ladies.
