Copied ripples into dress with lots of masking, used liquify to shape water drop. Background copied from water - then duplicated, flipped and used 'polar coordinates'. Colours changed. (5 years and 3329 days ago)

Masked the flower and copied pieces of it for fins. Added black with brush tool. Copied eye from source. Used marquee tools to make patterns on fish, then fill. Added outline to fills. Stretched background with liquify, clone-stamped bushes in the back. Changed blend mode for front plants to "lighten". Photo filter to cool image down.

Copied Parts of source over image, used Liquify to change shape. Saved red-channel and pasted over original (later also used for displace effect). Used liquify on face. Pasted parts of source into hair. Transformed shape, added gradient fill. Cleaned up image with clone-brush and brush-tool. Adjusted Hue/saturation. (5 years and 3332 days ago)
