Last minute entry.. I rendered this image with high rendering settings in 38 hours but had 4 hours left at 97%. So I had to cut all enchantments.

Just in case someone wonders. The upside down is what it is because of the refraction (google it). It may look reflective, but actually it's almost only transparent/refractive.

I hope I have time to make a SBS in 5 minutes. (5 years and 3306 days ago)

Your image will be judged on its content, composition and skill demonstrated. Words in the image generally detract from the image and unless they really improve the image, people usually vote lower because of them. I would suggest that you remove your sales pitch and put it in the description.

author says:

problem is that a lot of people will not read the description and as my entry is actually the youtube video and not this 1 frame I thought it important to mention that.

almost everybody reads the description author.. people here likes to know more about the entries, if you can remove that content and place it in the description that would be cool..

A lot of people read the comments, too. So if they miss it in the description, they'll know to look because of the comments!

Beautiful render. Suppose render all those scattered Lines for grass take a lot of time. Hair modifier make the same thing with a grass bitmap but render time is also very long.As a simple suggestion. On light rollon,Advanced Effects there is an option named Projector map. If you click on None and then assign as Bitmap a photo with clouds, the white reflection on the ball will be more realistic. Good luck, excelent work.

author says:

Thanks billyboy for that tip! and yes the render took about 2 hours give or take a few minutes.
